• Food and Activity Logging: When you use our Services, you provide information about your food intake, water consumption, exercise routines, sleep patterns, and other related activities. You may also choose to upload photos of your meals for our AI to analyze.
• Payment Information: If you subscribe to our premium Services, our third-party payment processors will collect your payment card information. Wellew does not directly store your full credit card details.
• Communications with Us: We collect personal information when you contact our customer support, participate in surveys, or communicate with us in any other way.

B. Information Collected Automatically

• Usage Data: We automatically collect information about your interaction with our Services, such as your IP address, device type, operating system, browser type, unique device identifiers, the pages you visit, the features you use, and the time, frequency, and duration of your activities.
• Location Information: With your permission, we may collect your device's precise or approximate location to support features like mapping workout routes. You can change this at any time in your device settings.

C. Information From Third-Party Services

• Connected Devices and Apps: With your explicit consent, we may collect information from third-party apps and devices, such as fitness trackers, smart scales, and health data repositories like Apple HealthKit and Google Health Connect.
• Health Connect/HealthKit Limited Use: The use of information received from Health Connect and Apple HealthKit will adhere to their respective Permissions Policies, including the Limited Use requirements. We will not use this data for advertising or transfer it to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Social Media: If you choose to log in or connect your Wellew account using a social media service, we will receive certain information from that service, such as your name and email address, as permitted by your privacy settings on that platform.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information for several key purposes:

• To Provide and Personalize Our Services: We use your data to create and manage your account, track your progress, and provide personalized AI-driven feedback, meal plans, workout suggestions, and health insights.
• To Improve Our Services: We analyze user data to understand how our Services are used, allowing us to conduct research, develop new features, and improve the functionality and effectiveness of our AI models. When used for research and development, data is typically aggregated and/or de-identified.
• To Communicate With You: We use your contact information to send you administrative messages, security alerts, and support messages. With your consent, we may also send you promotional emails about new products and offers, which you can opt-out of at any time.
• For Security and Fraud Prevention: To ensure the security of our platform, verify your identity, and prevent potentially illegal or prohibited activities.
